The Agency is not responsible for the execution of services for which it is not the organizer but only acts as an intermediary. The Agency is not liable for printing or website errors, nor for subsequent changes in new editions of promotional material and programs before travel; in this regard, information provided on the bus shall be considered authoritative rather than promotional material or websites.
2. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS
Applications for tourist services are accepted at the Agency office, authorized partner agencies, by fax, email, post, or via the Internet. The traveler must provide all necessary data/documents for service realization and is responsible for damage caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

b) For excursions, payment of 100% must be made no later than 7 days before departure.
c) For “on request” bookings, a deposit is required according to the organizer’s price list. The Agency will not accept reservations without deposit. If the traveler rejects a confirmed reservation made at their request, the deposit will be retained in full.

3. CONTENT AND PRICE OF THE TOURIST SERVICE

Taxes, fees, or tickets required by regulations must be paid in advance if requested. Optional services during travel are paid in the local currency.
Prices are published in HRK and calculated according to exchange rates. The Agency reserves the right to change prices due to exchange rate fluctuations, increased transport costs, fuel costs, or additional fees beyond its control.
4. CATEGORIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Accommodation and services are described according to official local categorization at the time of publication. Standards vary by destination and are not comparable. Room allocation is determined by reception. If a specific room is not contracted, any officially registered accommodation may be assigned.
Check-in is generally between 15:00 and 20:00, check-out by 10:00. Late arrivals must be announced in advance. Transport vehicles may vary depending on passenger numbers.
5. PROGRAM CHANGES
The Agency may change the program due to extraordinary circumstances. Accommodation may be replaced with one of the same or higher category. The Agency may continue travel without late passengers, which will be considered cancellation.
Departure time/date or route may change without compensation. If major changes occur before departure, the traveler may accept or reject the modified program.
6. AGENCY’S RIGHT TO CANCEL
The Agency may cancel travel due to extraordinary circumstances or insufficient number of passengers. The minimum number is stated in each program. Passengers will be informed at least 5 days before package travel or 24 hours before excursions/transfers. All paid amounts will be refunded, but no compensation is owed.
